HOW SERANI FACES WORKS

Serani Studio creates a digital twin of you. It's a cinematic version of your image that brands license directly from Serani Studio for web, social, and advertising campaigns produced by Serani Studio. You earn royalties every time your digital twin images are used in our campaigns. We focus on pro-age (50+) models and storytellers with presence and character. We are an EXCLUSIVE membership-based roster servicing Serani Studio. We are NOT a model agency. Serani Faces handles the management and maintenance of the roster, and negotiates licensing with clients.

Serani Faces is not an open marketplace. Our roster is private and promoted directly to premium clients through Serani Studio. This ensures exclusivity and brand safety.

Is this “stock photography”?

No. Every image is licensed with clear terms. Campaign tiers already include a standard 1-year model license for social and website, and premium media (Print/ads/cinema/OOH/TV/buyouts) trigger add-on fees.

IS THIS A MODELLING AGENCY?

No. Serani Faces is not a modeling agency. We are a licensing hub and brand accelerator for premium, pro-age talent; an exclusive club and curated roster of mature talent. As a boutique platform, we promote our members directly to global clients. Traditional agencies manage castings and day rates for thousands of faces. We don’t. Instead, we curate selectively, maintain the roster, negotiate contracts, and handle licensing. Membership is pay-to-play because visibility, promotion, and legal infrastructure cost real resources.

do i pay anything TO JOIN?

Yes. There is a one-time membership fee that covers the creation of your cinematic digital portfolio, inclusion on our curated roster, and professional promotion to global clients. This ensures only serious talent joins, and it allows us to manage licensing and contracts on your behalf.

Can I give you my own digital portfolio?

No. We have to create your digital twin inside our own AI system so that we can create client campaigns from it.

WHAT ARE THE RISKS?

Like any investment in your career, there are no guarantees. Joining Serani Faces does not mean instant bookings or guaranteed income. We promote and position you to global clients, but campaigns depend on demand, timing, and brand fit. There are also broader risks: 1) Industry change: AI and likeness laws are evolving. Future regulations may affect how digital twins are used, licensed, or restricted 2) No income guarantees: You may earn nothing, or you may earn significant royalties — results vary by model and by market. 3) Speculative nature: This is a new field. Early adopters have an advantage, but also carry more uncertainty. What we can promise is that: Your likeness will be represented with professionalism; All contracts and licensing flow through Serani Faces, so you’re protected.; You’ll be part of an exclusive, premium roster — not lost in a crowd of thousands. In other words: the risk is financial (your membership fee may not pay back immediately), but the upside is the chance to be early, visible, and protected in a space that’s only just opening up.

how fast can i start earning?

As soon as your images are live on our site and you’re booked on a campaign, you can start earning. Vault = totally passive income; campaigns = larger one-offs plus usage fee royalties.

what about big campaigns (billboards/tv)?

Those require usage upgrades. We price them using our internal matrix (paid ads, print/OOH, broadcast, global, buyouts). You receive a royalty percentage of any extra usage fees.

what sectors won’t you accept?

No politics, adult, gambling, tobacco, petroleum, or oil. Pharma is restricted a case-by-case.

Do I still earn if I pass away?

Yes. Earnings continue to your next of kin (beneficiary clause). You’ll nominate a beneficiary in your contract when you join.

Who owns the images and my digital twin?

All images and digital twins created through Serani Faces are the intellectual property of Serani Faces. By joining, you assign us the rights to manage, license, and protect your likeness in its digital form. What does this mean for you? You always remain the person behind your twin — your identity is yours. We hold and manage the copyright and licensing rights to the assets we create, so that brands deal with one professional point of contact. You receive your share of royalties from any licensed use, without the stress of contracts, negotiations, or takedowns.
In short: you bring the face, we handle the rights. That’s how we protect both you and the clients who book you.

How is my image protected from misuse?

We use licensing contracts so brands must respect usage limits (social, OOH, TV, buyouts). Your digital twin master file is stored securely in a vault, and with added layers of security.

What if a client wants exclusivity?

Brands may request exclusivity (e.g., “no other skincare brands”). This requires a high premium fee (2 to 3× buyout), and you receive your royalties from that fee paid to Serani Studio.

How are clients billed?

Clients pay licensing and campaign fees directly to Serani Studio upon presentation of a bill, and before delivery of your images. From that, your royalty is calculated and transferred to you after we receive payment from the client.

Can I leave Serani Faces if I change my mind?

Yes. There’s an exit clause: you can leave with 30 days’ written notice. Existing contracts must be honored (royalties from those continue). When you leave, your digital twin is retired, and no new bookings are commissioned for your digital twin.

How quickly are campaigns delivered to clients?

Campaigns typically have a 7-business-day turnaround for AI content.

How many models are on the roster?

We are scaling step by step: 15 models in phase 1, 50 in Phase 2, and 100 by the end of 2027. This ensures you are part of a carefully curated roster. Not everyone who applies to join gets accepted.

What if Serani Faces shuts down?

In the unlikely event of closure, all models will receive advance notice and a final payout of any royalties owed. Your digital twin portfolio will no longer be marketed. All digital assets would be retired, including your digital twin master file. Since you will already have a copy of your digital portfolio, you stand to lose nothing.
